# Al Furjan

Al Furjan is a Nakheel residential district between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, next to Discovery Gardens and Ibn Battuta Mall. It has villas, townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings.

The district has its own metro station on the line to Expo City, the Al Furjan Pavilion shopping centre, schools and mosques. Dubai Marina and JLT are about 15 minutes away. People choose it for its low-rise layout and more accessible prices than the coastal districts.
