Dubai Creek Harbour is a waterfront district on Dubai Creek next to the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary, developed by Emaar and Dubai Holding. It has residential towers on the water, a promenade, a yacht marina and the Creek Beach.

Downtown Dubai and DXB airport are about 10–15 minutes away by car. The district is still being built, so a large share of deals here are off-plan. It is chosen for water and skyline views with quick access to the airport.
