Orman Yaka — apartments in Cekmekoy, Istanbul

Orman Yaka is a residential complex in Çekmeköy on the Asian side, built right up against the forest. Apartments run from 1+1 to 3+1 and from 78 to 193 sqm, in a concept closer to villas than to city towers. There are commercial units on site, and most apartments look onto the forest from their balconies.

Location: the defining feature is living in the forest while keeping city infrastructure within reach. The E-5 and TEM motorways are a quick drive away, which puts the rest of the city in range.

Facilities: swimming pool, fitness centre, garden, restaurant and café, children's playground, walking tracks, landscaped areas, terraces, covered and open parking, shops, 24/7 security.

The partner's listing carries no list of nearby landmarks with distances — if exact travel times to the metro and to schools are needed, they have to be requested.
