Kordon The Superior Suits — apartments in Kagithane, Istanbul

Kordon The Superior Suits is a serviced-apartment scheme in the Seyrantepe quarter of Kağıthane, next to Maslak and Levent. The format is not purely residential: units from studios to 2+1, 68 to 152 sqm, are delivered fully furnished with hotel services, meeting rooms and workspaces.

Location: Seyrantepe borders two of the city's business cores, Maslak and Levent, and that is what the project's rental logic rests on. Balconies give green and city views.

Facilities: hotel services and concierge, housekeeping, valet parking, meeting and conference rooms, garden and landscaping, children's playground, walking tracks, enclosed parking, smart home system, commercial units, 24/7 security.

The partner marks the project as suitable for Turkish citizenship by investment and advertises a rental guarantee. The terms of that guarantee — its length, its rate, who underwrites it — are not set out in the listing and need checking. Studios from 68 sqm are unlikely to reach the USD 400,000 appraised threshold.
