Bizim Evler 11 — apartments in Avcilar, Istanbul

Bizim Evler 11 is a family-oriented residential project in Tahtakale (Avcılar district) on a green site with views of Küçükçekmece Lake. Apartments run from 2+1 to 4+1 and from 131 to 220 sqm, most with balconies facing the lake or the greenery.

Location: major motorways and a metro station under construction are nearby, with Istanbul Airport not far. Avcılar itself has a university campus and dense everyday infrastructure.

Facilities: swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, volleyball and basketball courts, garden and landscaped areas, children's playground, walking tracks, enclosed parking, smart home system, 24/7 security.

The partner marks the project as suitable for Turkish citizenship by investment: USD 400,000 held for three years, on the official appraisal of the apartment. The listing gives no exact distances, and the opening date of the nearest metro station is worth confirming separately.
