Tual Golyaka — apartments in Bahcesehir, Istanbul

Tual Gölyaka is a large development in Başakşehir's Bahçeşehir area, laid out around a 105-hectare park. It is not only housing: shopping centres and schools are part of the scheme, so the quarter is assembled as a small town. Layouts run from 2+1 to 5+1 and from 134 to 280 sqm, with duplexes and villas among them.

Location: the site adjoins the route of the planned Canal Istanbul and is within walking distance of the western shore of Küçükçekmece Lake, south of the Bahçeşehir and Ispartakule districts.

Facilities: swimming pool, fitness centre, garden and landscaped areas, BBQ area, restaurant and café, children's playground, walking tracks, enclosed parking, 24/7 security.

The partner marks the project as suitable for Turkish citizenship by investment: USD 400,000 held for three years, on the official appraisal of the apartment. The listing carries no list of distances to landmarks.
