Istanbul Atapark — apartments in Bahcelievler, Istanbul

Istanbul Atapark in Bahçelievler is a pair of blocks in the centre of the district, on the European side. Apartments are 2+1 and 3+1, from 76 to 93 sqm, with generous terraces. The format is urban rather than a gated estate spread over hectares.

Location: directly beside Bahçelievler State Hospital, 5 minutes to the metro and metrobus stations, 1 km to 212 Shopping Mall, 6 km to the Basın Ekspres motorway, 8 km to the Mall of Istanbul and to Atatürk Airport.

Facilities: fitness centre, sauna and Turkish bath, garden and green areas, games rooms, central heating, water purification system and tank, generator, private parking spaces, 24/7 camera security.

Worth noting when searching: the partner has two different projects called Istanbul Atapark — this one in Bahçelievler and another in Küçükçekmece. They are two separate addresses, not one property listed twice.
