Some units have private gardens and terraces, with views of the Bosphorus, the city or greenery.

Location: according to the developer, Ihlamur and Yıldız parks are next door, the metro is about 750 m away, Beşiktaş ferry pier 950 m and the E-5 highway 2.5 km. Nearby are private hospitals (American, Acıbadem), schools and universities (Yıldız, ITU, Bahçeşehir), Yıldız and Dolmabahçe palaces, and the Zorlu and Kanyon malls.
