The project is under construction and has a show apartment.

Delivery is set for 30 June 2027. Purchase costs: 1% VAT and a 2% title deed fee. Prices per the developer's price list: from $261,000 for a 2+1 up to $760,000 for a 3+1; 3+1 from $378,000.
