Apartments range from 1+1 to 5+1, from 76 to 284 m² gross, including 4+1 and 5+1 duplexes with terraces.

Location: the complex is on the Hoşdere–Bahçeşehir road, next to Akbatı mall and the TEM highway. According to the developer, Istanbul Airport is 35 km away, Hayat Park 5 minutes by bicycle, the coast 5 km and a yacht marina 11 km; the area has 33 schools, 4 shopping malls, 5 hospitals and 7 university campuses within 10 km, and two metro stations are under construction nearby.

Phase I deliveries have started and Phase II was delivered in September 2021; apartments are ready to move in. Prices per the developer's Phase II price list (March, year not stated; cash, VAT and title deed fees excluded): from $255,000 for a 2+1 (133–149 m²); 3+1 (144–173 m²) from $267,000; 4+1 (221 m²) from $450,000; 4+1 duplex (254 m²) from $475,000; 5+1 duplex (252 m² + 40 m² terrace) from $495,000.
