Luxera Towers — apartments in Bağcılar, Istanbul

Luxera Towers is a mixed-use project by Luxera GYO in the Kirazlı quarter of Bağcılar (Güneşli, Basın Ekspres road) on the European side of Istanbul. A plot of about 16,350 m² holds two residential towers with 1+1 to 4+1 apartments from 87 to 299 m² gross (per the price list), and a street-concept shopping mall with shops, cafés and restaurants on the lower levels. Some units have terraces, and there are garden duplexes.

Location: the project is on Basın Ekspres road and, according to the developer, 200 m from Güneşli metro station. The road links to the main highways of the European side.

The title deed (kat irtifakı) was registered in 2023; the materials do not give a completion date. Prices per the developer's price list (1 July, year not stated; VAT excluded): from $320,000 for a 1+1 (87–100 m²) up to $358,000; 2+1 (104–138 m²) $393,000–541,000; 3+1 (182–244 m²) $647,500–954,000; 4+1 (293–299 m²) $1,059,500–1,138,000. Payment: 50% down, 50% over 18 months.
