Kılıç Vadi Bahçeşehir is a residential complex by Kılıç İnşaat in Bahçeşehir (1st Section, Başakşehir district) on the European side of Istanbul. The 17,150 sqm plot holds eight low-rise blocks of 3 to 6 floors with 148 apartments and one commercial unit; about 80% of the site is green space. Layouts are 2+1 and 3+1, plus 3+1 and 4+1 duplexes in Block A, from 126 to 256 sqm. The project is built to current earthquake regulations.

Location: Bahçeşehir is a quiet, low-rise area with parks and a pond. According to the developer, Bahçeşehir Pond Park is 11 minutes away, the E-80 (TEM) highway 13 minutes, Istanbul Airport 15 minutes, and the state and city hospitals 10 to 17 minutes; shopping malls are nearby.
