Secondary market

The secondary market is property sold by its owners: ready apartments and villas, and off-plan units resold before handover. A ready home can be lived in or rented out straight away, and its price can be checked against actual sales in the area.

We search our base and owners’ listings, check documents and debts, and close the deal at a DLD registration centre.

We work with sellers too: if you want to sell an apartment, a villa or an off-plan unit before handover, we value it, find a buyer and close the deal — even if you are not in Dubai.

How it works

  1. 1We define the goal, area and budget.
  2. 2We shortlist and show properties, including by video.
  3. 3We check the title, mortgage and service charge debts.
  4. 4We sign the contract (Form F) and obtain the developer’s NOC.
  5. 5We transfer the property at a DLD centre and hand over the keys.

FAQ

How long does buying a ready property take?

For a cash purchase a deal usually takes a few weeks; most of the time goes on the developer’s NOC and the DLD transfer appointment.

Can I buy with a mortgage?

Yes, UAE banks lend to non-residents too, with a larger down payment. Terms depend on the bank and passport and are checked before signing.

How do I know the price is fair?

Compare it with the median of recent sales in the area — it is on our prices page, from Dubai Land Department data — and with similar units in the same building.
